This home sits peacefully on the canal of Lake Oswego. The client’s style is fresh and young. Their “hip” personality needed a home that reflected that by using old world materials in modern ways.  We had so much fun with a mix use of materials.

Tualatin Transitional Remodel Design by Lori Brock

This updated traditional kitchen designed by our Principal Designer, Lori Brock, has a clean traditional feel.  The white cabinets contrasting with the leathered, textured black granite and the color of the subway tile backsplash warms the space, updating the traditional look.  Attention to detail is apparent with the furniture cabinet base moldings and contrast of light and dark materials.  (Lori designed this kitchen before working for Affinity.)

Brock Design Group gave new life to this city tower condo by refacing the cabinetry, installing new backsplash and countertops, updating the plumbing fixtures and hardware in the kitchen. They furnished the dining room, living room and entry with a Northwest Contemporary feel. They put the finishing touches on the home by adding in the dining room light fixture, installing a home entertainment center, painted, painted and added neiche cabinetry in living room with decorative shelving and wallpaper.

1920's Craftsman Update

Southeast Taylor

Brock Design Group revamped the kitchen in this 1920's Portland home. The wall was knocked down to expand the kitchen, a window was placed looking out the the backyard, all new cabinets and countertops were installed. They gave the kitchen a new look with glass subway tiles as the backsplash and added porcelain tile flooring. The breakfast bar was a necessity for these clients to add more seating and counter space. The feel for this space is bright and functional.

Brock Design Group created a calming retreat for these clients by choosing structured but comfortable furnishings for the entire home paired with custom dining and coffee tables, back patio furnishings, paint and accessories. This rustic yet traditional feel brings the home into a comfortable space.

Central Oregon

Forest Heights Residence

New counters, tile, cabinetry, window treatments, fixtures, and more were all part of this Kitchen Remodel. The neutral color palate makes for timeless design. Many details add interest to this kitchen, including: the tile backsplash, hammered bronze range hood, and custom cabinetry. 

West Hills

West Hills is a contemporary design, utilizing clean lines and contemporary colors and shapes. One of the highlights of this project is the glass mosaic tile, found in both the kitchen and bath. White accents are another common feature throughout this residence. This remodel gave the Portland, Oregon clients the contemporary update they desired.

West Point

West Point is a kitchen remodel completed in New York. Highlights of this project include the glass mosaic backsplash and custom cabinetry. New steel appliances were also a part of this remodel.

Vista Hills Residence is a great example of traditional design with pizzazz. Traditional design is found in the shape of the furniture, including the sofa and chairs in the living room, and the ottoman in the master bath. Pizazz is added with bronze accents and stone layers found throughout the home.

Bald Peak Residence is a beautiful home with great craftsmanship. One of the highlights of this project includes the tile and stone design found throughout the home. Different paint techniques add interest, from the feux paint finish in the guest bath to the custom mural in the wine room.

West Linn

West Linn Residence is a full kitchen and bath remodel, including custom tile, cabinet, counter, floor, and lighting design. This residence showcases a warm, natural color palate carried throughout the kitchen and bath. Copper tones are paired with light cabinetry for this contemporary home.

Located in the beautiful Sunriver, Oregon, this resort home embodies the warm, earth tones that make up the Central Oregon climate. From beiges, browns, and deep oranges, this residence draws inspiration from it's surrounding environment. Wood beams, rock, and granite are just a few of the surfaces used in this home.

Custom VV Series Wine Cellar - Redmond, OR

We built this custom wine cellar based on our VV Series base model for a client in Redmond, Oregon. 

Like all of our wine cellars and bars, it's handcrafted with wood and finishes sourced directly from Northwest suppliers and built with a universal racking system and professional grade refrigeration to protect our client's wine collection for years to come.

High Rise Kitchen & Interior Remodel by Lori Brock

This modern high rise full remodel project was done by our Principal Designer, Lori Brock.  The scope was extensive and includes kitchen & bath, living room, bedrooms, common living spaces and more.  Notable features include a refaced kitchen, island seating, high pressure laminate flat panel cabinet doors, refinished oak flooring, and more.
